Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel an appointment, please give at least 48 hours notice. If less than 48 hours notice is given, then you will be responsible for paying 100% of the cost of your scheduled treatment.

If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, the full price of your treatment will be charged. Exceptions can be made if there has been an emergency or if you are sick, at my discretion.

Full payment is due at the time of the appointment. We accept cash, personal check, HSA cards and all credit/debit cards at this time. There will be a $35.00 charge for all returned personal checks.
